Blurple clouds.

Hellu!
Blurple. Yes, it's actually a word. Perhaps not a real word according to the dictionary but if you read a couple of nail blogs you'll see it. Blue + purple. Blurple. I think one of the polishes in this mani is blurple. But who knows really, it's kinda made up... ;)

This is two coats of A England - Dancing with Nureyev with some added cloudyness with China Glaze - First Class Ticket. Probably a coat of Seche Vite as well. It looks smooth and all.

Yey for weekends with sunshine! Look at all that bling :)

Ballet.

Hellu!
Here's another one of the new A Englands I bought. It's purdy. I painted my nails after dark so only flash pics unfortunately. I also made some nail art that I'll share another day :)

This is two coats of A England - Dancing With Nureyev. It's a kind of metallic blue with holo.

Most of my A Englands are dark colors so it's nice to have another light one for nail art manis, since I almost always use a light polish with a dark on top.

Life.

Hellu!
I've had an emotional couple of weeks where I've really appreciated the little things. And most of all, my family. Since I haven't blogged in forever, here are some random peeks at the life of this one. Again.

5 bananas turning bad? Make a loooot of chocolate banana smoothie and share it with someone special.

I have a vision of a mostly home made / thrifted wardrobe. Folding some skirts the other day kinda made it seem possible. Thrifted, home made from thrifted fabric, thrifted, thrifted, thrifted, thrifted, thrifted. And that's not even all of them...

Saturday breakfast. Yeah that's chocolate milk with the harfo.

I have a new friend that likes no poo and we made body butter. Like awesome body butter with shea butter, coconut oil, rape seed oil, corn starch and vanilla + lavender essential oils. YEAH! It's silky and smells awesome.

I also recently made 2 regular body butters. The chances of me getting dry - pretty low.
