Here's what I did with my Valentine's mani (Ruby Pumps) the day after.

Tape and China Glaze - Dorothy Who? + SV.

It was a bit weird to look at. Glitter overload and contrasting colors or something :P

I switched color for the other hand and used H&M - Kiss Goodnight + SV. Turned out much better!

Twas a pretty fun mani :)
