Hello. Welcome to the family. Even after getting these I still have 3 packages on the way, oops :P

Last week I bought 8 new pairs of stockings.. Yes, I am a bit crazy but I love me a good deal :) I needed some new thicker stockings so score! Too bad the thick ones never come in any bright colors :/

Yesterday we went to a japanese restaurant to celebrate the bf's dad's birthday. I had make up on and everything :O The dress and cardigan are from H&M and stockings from Åhlens (the brown ones in the previous photo).

How pretty is this dress? I would say really reeaally 8)

I don't have any nails to post so I'm gonna post some outfits instead. It's a good thing I have been taking photos almost every day :) It's made me wear different dresses every day and I soon have pics of them all. Then I'll have to move on to the skirts lol.

 

The blue tunic/dress is from the supermarket, the one under is from H&M and so are the stockings. Lol at the second pose.

 

The tunic is from H&M, the dress under as well and the stockings I don't remember. But they were awesomely cheap at least :) Oh and the bf took these photos :) The self-timer could rest for once lol.

I got the dress from the roomie and the stockings from Åhlens. The sweater was my mom's but she didn't use it. Yey for inherited clothes ;D

What do you guys like to wear? As you probably noticed, I'm all about dresses and stockings :P

I'll get right to it. When we were grocery shopping this week at the supermarket I found a nice Color Club polish called Emerald Depths. When I saw it I knew it was what I wanted this polish to look like. Score!

One (!) coat of Emerald Depths.

Not too focused but you can see the lovely color :)

And then this awesome thing happened. Silver is Depend - 223 and the "black" is Color Club - Snow Queen. I was inspired by Nailsides explosions :) Altho I have to do it right some time!

Which is actually in sunlight brown/purpleish. But it just turned up black on the nails which was kind of a bummer since I chose it to get something other than black :P Ah well.

And it turned out just as nice on mah right hand, yey!

And just because the manner in which this photo was taken was a bit funny I'll post it too. I hung the camera round my neck and used the timer thingie lol.

I don't think I've been this pleased with all my 10 nails (at the same time) since this mani.

Today I'm having a friend over for some knitting and cake 8)

What is it with the red shimmers?

The other day I wanted to try one of my new polishes. I went for LA Colors - Atomic, a nice teal color. Unfortunately I fell asleep a while after I painted them so I have no pics of that wrinkly business :P When I woke up I salvaged the mani with some tape and a new red shimmer... ;)

Two coats of Atomic and one coat of ELF - Red Velvet. I love SV but sometimes the shrinkage is a bit annoying...

Look it's mah right hand! 8) It was a bit fun to arrange the tape differently on all the nails. I think it looked better IRL tho.

Anyways. Yesterday I did an awesome mani. I'll post it tomorrow :)
Today we're gonna watch a movie in class. Gilbert Grape. I haven't seen that one in over 10 years. Fun to do something a bit different.

First time I photographed my nails in the new apartment I had painted them with a metallic shade.

H&M - 70s Boho. It's not really gold, more of a brass color I think. But pretty. And a one coater! :)

When I first put it on I didn't really like it but it grew on me :P

We went to a costume party this weekend. The bf was dressed as a coroner and I was a ballerina. It was a lot of fun! :)

Time to study for my exam... And paint my nails! :P

A bit crappy photos but it's really pretty. I actually had it on for 5 days since we were so busy with the move and cleaning the old apartment :O
